A multi-tenant SaaS platform for Australian training organisations that turns their student pipeline into industry employment partnerships — mapping students against employer locations, managing consent-first introductions, and proving outcomes with defensible numbers.
Visit connectedin.appRegistered Training Organisations sit on a valuable asset: a pipeline of students and graduates that employers want to hire. But converting that pipeline into employer partnerships is manual work — spreadsheet exports, no way to see which students are within reach of which employer sites, and real privacy risk any time student details change hands.
Every student management system exports data differently. Employer networks are layered — groups, brands, operators, individual sites. And any claim an RTO makes about placement outcomes has to stand up to compliance scrutiny.
ConnectedIn was built to close that gap properly — with the geospatial analysis, consent controls, and auditable numbers the problem demands.
ConnectedIn is a full SaaS product: invite-only, sector-exclusive, and multi-tenant with isolation enforced in the database itself. Each training provider runs on its own subdomain, working a loop from cohort import through analysis, partnership, consent, introduction, and verified outcome.
Cohort data flows straight from the systems RTOs already run — aXcelerate, VETtrak, Wisenet, JobReady, Cloud Assess, and any other SMS or LMS that can produce an export. Columns are mapped, never dictated; messy real-world files are handled at thousands of rows per cohort, and unmapped data is queued for review rather than guessed.
Students are geocoded and matched against employer sites by distance band and work-readiness tier, with rollups across site, operator, brand, and group. Every figure is reconstructible from the run's configuration snapshot.
Students opt in through a public consent page before any contact details are released — and the release gate is enforced in the database, not by an application checkbox.
A purpose-built partner CRM models the employer network as it really is — groups, brands, operators, sites — with relationship stages and activities. Prefer the CRM you already run? HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are available. Either way, partners get a mobile-first portal to post vacancies and record outcomes themselves.
A vacancy register and allocation board with conflict handling, flowing through to verified placement outcomes and compliance-ready claims reporting.
On-demand co-branded PDF report decks, and an AI assistant that answers questions read-only as the signed-in user — any action it suggests requires explicit human confirmation.
Compatible with the systems RTOs already run
Direct API sync integrations are on the product roadmap — the import layer is already built to adapt to each system's data shape rather than demanding a fixed format.
ConnectedIn is live in production with its first training provider, offered invite-only with sector exclusivity — one training-package scope, one RTO.
Privacy engineered in, not bolted on — multi-factor authentication before any data access, database-level tenant isolation, an append-only audit trail, and automatic purging of raw student records.
Numbers that stand up to scrutiny — distinct-student rollups, disclosed exclusions, and every report reproducible from its configuration snapshot.
Built for real data at real scale — cohorts of five to ten thousand students import through batched background jobs, from whatever format the student management system produces.
Hosted in Australia — all data resides in Sydney, with AI features that never use student data for model training.
ConnectedIn went from concept to a production SaaS platform with security, privacy, and auditability engineered in from the first line. If you're sitting on a product idea that demands the same rigour, we'd like to hear it.
